My entire legal career has been focused on commercial and general litigation and I have argued cases at all levels of court, from Small Claims to the Court of Appeal.
My practice includes lawsuits involving commercial leases, debt collection, employment law, construction lien, mortgage enforcement and property ownership disputes.
In addition, I have been repeatedly called upon to address insurance coverage disputes in order to protect institutions, business and individuals from being denied coverage by insurers.
I also have significant experience in dealing with property ownership disputes, including Boundaries Act and Surveys Act matters.
